The ad/shout box needs to be moved, for one. Being over to the side where you have to scroll over to even see it makes it a situation of "out of sight, out of mind." <br /><br />I barely ever notice the thing. : Plus, we really need to be able to just pay one fee to put up an ad for the whole day, or at least have the option to do so, and then the ad can disappear after roll-over time.

Limit the breeding allowances based on account age. <br /><br />First 30 days of game play you can not breed. Would prevent a lot of those "first time newb breedings" <br /><br />First 60 days of game play you may only breed 2twice a month (free and upgraded). Would let players learn responsible breeding. <br /><br />After which the breeding would be the normal 2 per month for free accounts, and unlimited for upgrades. <br /><br />A lot of the unwanted puppy mill dogs are players trying to make dogs to sell for a quick buck. Disallowing breeding, and then limiting teaches players alternate means of making money than resorting to puppy mills.

If in-breeding were banned, it would reduce the number of litters born, and force breeders to seek out new blood for their lines. Even discouraging in-breeding would help, perhaps with the TP/litter count of mildly inbred dogs being impacted, and heavily inbred dogs ending up sterile or stillborn.
